Redeem Product WarrantyIf you wish to redeem the warranty on a product, you may do so pursuant to our Warranty Guidelines. Before returning the part, you must request a Warranty Authorization (WA) Number by completing the form below. Once you have received the WA Number, include it along with a copy of the purchase receipt in the return package. Follow the instructions in our Warranty Guidelines to ensure an expedited delivery of a new part. Your WA Number will be returned to you via email unless your service provider email settings prevent us from sending you email. You are responsible for the return freight costs of the warranty part. Since we do not store your credit card information, we must contact you once the part is ready to be delivered back to you. For this reason, we require that you provide us with a daytime telephone number.
