Cancel Order / Refuse ShipmentDue to the automation of the procurement process; orders are often transmitted to our nationwide network of warehouses within a few minutes of the online order being placed. This allows us to have items delivered to you more quickly. The result is that it may not always be possible for you to cancel your order before it has been packaged for delivery. If this is the case and you still wish to return the parts, simply refuse the package when it arrives at its delivery location. The package will then be returned by the shipper. You will receive credit pursuant to our return policy when the package is successfully returned to our warehouse. To notify customer service of a refused shipment or to cancel an unprocessed order, complete the form below. Confirmation of your cancel request will be sent to you via email unless your service provider email settings prevent us from delivering email. For this reason, we ask that you provide us with a secondary contact method of a daytime telephone number.
