Manufacturer's Warranty
We at Point and Click Appliance Repair are committed to giving you the best prices for the highest quality parts and we guarantee replacement of any defective parts.

All of our parts come with a full manufacturer's warranty from the date on the original purchase invoice. The return shipping date must not be more than the expiration of the term which begins from the date on the original purchase invoice.

We have been notified that beginning November 14th, 2005, several of the manufacturers will be discontinuing their normal 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. This will be replaced with a new 90 Day Maufacturer's Warranty. Those manufacturers which are not changing their terms in November are doing so beginning January 1st, 2006.

This will not affect the quality of their parts, only their service terms. It will not affect the terms of our Supplemental Lifetime Warranty.

            
Available Lifetime Warranties
A Limited Lifetime Warranty can be purchased for qualified non-commercial use products. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the ownership of the part by the buyer.

The supplemental lifetime warranty is only available for purchase during the original purchase of the item. We can not sell you a warranty once the item has been processed and can not add the warranty to your order once it has been submitted.

The warranty is only available for domestically utilized appliances. High load applications such as coin-operated equipment, industrial cleaning and multi-family cooperatives are not eligible.

The lifetime warranty can not be purchased for consumable items such as water filters and light bulbs. Where the warranty covers defects and workmanship, it does not include cosmetic and appearance unless effected by said workmanship. As a result, items such as burned or scratched drip pans can not be returned under the lifetime warranty.

We may choose not to offer a Lifetime Warranty for other products that do not fit the categories listed above at our discretion. All shipping charges pertaining to warranties are the responsibility of the buyer.

            
Lifetime Warranty Terms

The specified LTW products covered by an invoice is warranted by the seller to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the period of the ownership of the products by the buyer identified in the invoice for as long as the product is being manufactured. This warranty is not assignable or transferable by the buyer.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

This warranty will not be effective if seller has determined that the buyer has misused the products in any manner or has failed to use the products in accordance with instructions furnished with the products or by seller. The seller's sole and exclusive liability with respect to products proven to the seller's satisfaction to be defective will be the replacement of such products without charge or a full refund of the purchase price, in the seller's sole discretion, upon the return of the products in accordance with the seller's instructions.

This warranty will not be effective if the manufaturer ceases to manufacture the product or a factory speficied direct replacement. The seller can not guarantee the length of time that the manufacturer shall support a specific product.

SELLER SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ANY USE OR FAILURE OF THE PRODUCTS FOR ANY REASON.

            
Warranty Instructions
If you have a defective part that is covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty or the Limited Lifetime Warranty then follow the steps below to receive your new part.

  1. Download and complete the warranty claim form below.

  2. Contact our Customer Service online and obtain a warranty authorization number. Include this number on your downloaded claim form.

  3. Insert a copy of the original purchase receipt and the completed claim form in the return package as proof of a qualified warranty

  4. Using the shipping label on the return form, ship the part in question to:

  5. Upon receipt of the package and your necessary paperwork we will contact you regarding payment of the return freight. Once payment has been arranged the replacement part will be returned to you. No warranty will be provided if the required paperwork is missing, the part is not provided or return freight payment can not be arranged.
